Udr\u017eet si n\u011bjak\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed styl je ze za\u010d\u00e1tku t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9, ne\u017e si navyknete na nov\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky, m\u016f\u017ee to chv\u00edli trvat.
